This is our very first 6 unit plan, some photos demonstrate the beauty both inside and out of the model. It consists of 2x 5 1/2 apartment on the 1st level, and on the other 2 levels we have a 4 1/2 apartment. A patio door is provided in each unit in the dining room at the front of the building.
