REQUIREMENTS

Strong sales experience

Experience in manufactured houses or related (an asset)

CONDITIONS AND COMMISSIONS

The salary is by commissions, on agreement and the chosen person will benefit from many advantages. The position is 40h/week, depending on a variable schedule, to meet customer needs.

Apprentice carpenter

4 apprenticeship positions 1 or 2 currently available.

Under the supervision of a journeyman, participate in the installation on the site and the finishing of the houses and machined buildings. The person must hold a construction skills card, apprentice 1 or 2. Any experience in the field will be considered.

Permanent position, 40 hours per week and the person may be called upon to work outside the region, depending on the facilities provided. Resourcefulness, thoroughness, loving teamwork and having a good physical capacity are required.

Project manager

Batitech is looking for a talented and motivated project manager with previous experience in construction focused on details and customer relationship.

RESPONSABILITIES

Prepare and send requests and invite subcontractors to bid for the various needs, analyze the offers received; assist in the management of ongoing projects, ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality, establish planning; structure and organize exchanges between construction sites, questions from contractors and answers from professionals, as well as any relationship with the client; carry out the technical follow-up of communications, plan and confirm the delivery of materials to the site, communicate with the various stakeholders to carry out the projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Hold a DEC or a combination of study and significant experience in construction project coordination deemed equivalent; have good communication skills.

Full-time position, 40 hours per week and salary to be discussed according to experience and training.
