Canadian-Style Cottage
This family cottage, inspired by classic Canadian architecture, captivates with its timeless design and prime waterfront location. Its soft-toned exterior finishes, enhanced by crisp white trim and a vibrant front door, create a warm and welcoming character. Surrounded by mature trees and thoughtfully integrated into its natural setting, the cottage offers a comfortable retreat where functionality, tranquility, and quality craftsmanship come together. We were planning the construction of a new cottage and spent time browsing various websites for inspiration in finding the right model. Our choice ultimately led us to Batitech, whose design perfectly matched our desired dimensions, style, and needs.
After contacting the Batitech team, we were quickly guided through the process. Both in-person and virtual meetings were held, allowing us to clearly define the vision we had for our cottage. Once our building permit was obtained, everything moved forward rapidly.
Site excavation began on April 23, and by May 23, 2024, the building structure had been delivered and installed. The various trades were well coordinated, ensuring the project progressed smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the construction process, every team was approachable and helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. We witnessed excellent collaboration among everyone involved.
By July 14, everything was in place, and we were able to host a family gathering in our brand-new cottage! We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work completed and have received nothing but positive feedback about our cottage.
