Modular housing in a northern region

Built to quickly meet the housing demand in a northern region, this Batitech multi-residential modular building was manufactured in the plant and delivered in fully enclosed sections, ready to be assembled. Enhanced insulation and meticulous sealing ensure reliable comfort despite extreme temperature variations.

Thanks to prefabrication, on-site time was reduced to a minimum, lowering costs and minimizing uncertainties in a remote environment for the local institutional client.
